Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship, cancellation policy, and limitations of liability between Société sunfun (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) and the Client. By booking any trip with the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms, which constitute the entire agreement.
1. The Contract and Booking Acceptance
- Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client.
- Acceptance: A booking is definite and the Contract comes into existence only when the Company sends a confirmation invoice or email.
- Client Definition: The term “Client” refers to all person(s) named on the booking.
- Currency: All prices are advertised in Euros (EUR). The Company sells in six global currencies (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, and MAD) and reserves the right to apply the currency of its choice.
- Group Bookings: In the case of a group booking, the booking lead must have the authority of all members to bind them to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Schedule and Client Details
Full Groups (Payment Due Dates)
- General Bookings: Full payment of the tour price is due 60 days before the departure date of the first service booked.
- Late Bookings (30 days or less): The full amount is payable at the time the booking is confirmed. Failure to pay at this time may result in the booking being treated as cancelled.
- Tailor Mode Trips: Require full payment at the time of booking.
Individual Clients
- Deposit: Individual clients must pay a 50 euros non-refundable deposit.
- Final Payment: Total payment must be completed before arrival.
Deposits and Payments
- Confirmation: Bookings are generally confirmed with a deposit (15% for groups, 50% for individuals). All deposits are non-refundable.
- Balance Payment: For groups, the balance must be paid upon arrival in cash or by card.
- Card Surcharge: There is a 4% bank surcharge for payments made by card.
Client Details
- Required Submission: The Client must provide all required Client Details with their full payment, including passport details, medical form, and arrival details.
- Penalties: If details are not provided 60 days before departure, an Administrative Fee may be charged. If not received 30 days prior, the file may be treated as cancelled with full fees.
3. Client Cancellation and Changes
Any cancellation by a Client must be made and acknowledged by the Company in writing.

Unused Services: No refunds for missed services or premature departure due to sickness, late arrival, or other reasons.
4. Mandatory Health and Physical Requirements
- Requirements: Must be able to swim, be 18+ years old, and in good health.
- Disclosure: Must notify the Company of any medical conditions or pregnancy. Failure to disclose may result in refusal of travel without refund.
- Age Limits: Minimum age is 12 (5 for Family tours). One adult must accompany every two children.
5. Risk, Waiver, and Liability
- Risk: The Client accepts inherent risks (ocean, sun, transport). The Client releases the Company from claims for injury or death.
- Property: Each Customer is responsible for their own property. The Company is not responsible for theft or breakage.
6. Authority and Conduct
- Tour Leader: Their decision is final on safety matters.
- Conduct: Clients must follow local laws. The Company may remove any Client without refund for illegal acts or causing danger to others.
- Equipment: The Customer will pay for all damage to equipment provided by the Company.
7. Logistics and Flexibility
- Transfers: Includes transfers to/from Agadir Airport or Agadir Main Bus Station (Stop #20).
- Flexibility: Itineraries may change due to weather or local circumstances without notice.
8. Claims and Jurisdiction
- Complaints: Must be reported to the tour leader first. Written complaints to contact@adventurekeys.com within 30 days of tour end.
- Law: Governed by Morocco’s law (Tribunal de commerce d’agadir). The English version prevails.
