Immersive Yoga Experience: A Day with Adventurekeys
Begin your day by centering your mind and body with an energizing yoga session led by your self. Breathe in the fresh ocean air as you flow through postures suited . After your practice, refuel with a nourishing varied breakfast.
Midday, you’ll have time to relax on the beach, explore the nearby village, or pamper yourself with a massage. Your immersive experience continues with a meditation and pranayama (breath work) to calm your mind.
As the sun begins to set, you’ll move through a relaxing yoga session designed to help you unwind from the day and feel grounded yet renewed in body and spirit led by our experienced instructors .
Evening is really up to you. You can dine on one of the terraces overlooking the sea and enjoy your drink under the stars, get comfy in the hang out area and benefit of our facilities (TV, pool table, baby foot, video games…), make new friends, or go and have a coffee in the village or checking out the nightlife.
